We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Hillsdale County, Michigan. The role involves: • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction Ideal candidate: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
