Fry cook — Etim Ekpo

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Etim Ekpo, Akwa Ibom State. The job is in a hotel kitchen. The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around ₦1,600 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
