Urgent requirement: we are hiring a butcher in Wayne County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On a typical shift you will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights.
