Lift maintenance fitter — Furnas County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Furnas County, Nebraska. You will be based in a residential tower block. Requirements: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Valid driving licence for site call-outs On a typical shift you will install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments. Pay around $260 per day, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
