Urgent requirement: stainless steel welder (Kentucky)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Floyd County, Kentucky. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight Day-to-day duties: • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges Rotating shifts.
