CNC mill setter-operator wanted in Clarke County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Clarke County, Mississippi. The job is in a toolroom. Requirements: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Your main tasks: • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
