On a typical shift you will deep-clean rooms on checkout and prep them for the next guest; strip and make beds with fresh linen and tight hospital corners; carry out turndown service in the evening; restock the housekeeping trolley with linen, cloths and chemicals; clean and disinfect bathrooms — toilets, basins, showers, mirrors and tiles; report maintenance faults — leaking taps, blown bulbs, faulty AC — to engineering.
