Now hiring: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Oron, Akwa Ibom State. Requirements: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day to day you will maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols.
