Ductable AC technician • Orange County, New York

Vacancy available: we are hiring a ductable AC technician in Orange County, New York. Day-to-day duties: • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum • Core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping • Mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them • Cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines • Run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall • Fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter You should have: • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds Six days a week, one day off.
