Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling The role involves dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
