Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Isle of Wight County, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker On the job you will handle: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Full-time, day shift.
