Dish pit attendant — Hampshire County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Hampshire County, West Virginia. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On the job you will handle: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
