Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Punctual, reliable and hard-working On a typical shift you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method.
