Immediate opening: we are hiring a production line operative in Hardee County, Florida. The role involves: • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons You should have: • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets Six days a week, one day off.
