Urgent requirement: powder spray gun operator (Ohio)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Medina County, Ohio. The job is on an industrial coating line. On the job you will handle: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Full-time with occasional weekends.
