Retail butcher wanted in Njikoka

Join our team: we are hiring a retail butcher in Njikoka, Anambra State. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. Day-to-day duties: • Season and marinate meat on request • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required ₦120,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
