We are recruiting: we are hiring a beldar in Chautauqua County, Kansas. You will work on a residential housing site. The role involves mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days. What we are looking for: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Physically fit and comfortable working at height $200 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
