Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Ugwunagbo, Abia State. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Your main tasks: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare the mise en place before each service Rotating shifts.
