Join our team: dumper truck operator (Indiana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dumper truck operator in Hamilton County, Indiana. You will be based at a plant hire yard. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures On a typical shift you will carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
