The role involves clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints.
