Halal butcher wanted in Carroll County

Join our team: we are hiring a halal butcher in Carroll County, New Hampshire. The job is in a meat processing plant. Day to day you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience.
