You will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
