Immediate opening: we are hiring a stone mason in Shelby County, Tennessee. The job is at a marble and granite workshop. The role involves: • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound Ideal candidate: • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding • Own hand tools an advantage • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish 1+ years on the tools preferred.
