Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Giles County, Virginia. You will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
