Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium technician in Lee County, Illinois. You will be based at a busy aluminium fabrication workshop. On a typical shift you will fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding; anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners; cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw; install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads; load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish; erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site. You should have: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows • Familiar with ACP cladding and structural glazing On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
