Oven operator • Ben Hill County, Georgia

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Ben Hill County, Georgia. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
