Requirements: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls You will bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
