Kitchen steward wanted in Cass County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Cass County, Iowa. Day to day you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
