Vacancy available: automotive paint technician (Scotland)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Dundee City, Scotland. You will be based at a busy body shop. The role involves strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish. You should have: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. £12 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
