We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Caldwell County, North Carolina. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
