Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen porter in San Juan County, Colorado. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Full-time with occasional weekends.
