Vacancy available: shuttering charge hand (Ohio)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Crawford County, Ohio. You will work at a reinforced concrete building site. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing The role involves: • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
