Dish pit attendant — Guadalupe County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Guadalupe County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) On the job you will handle: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
