Requirements: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot Your main tasks: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
