Lathe programmer-operator wanted in San Saba County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in San Saba County, Texas. You will work at a busy machine shop. You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred On the job you will handle: • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers Full-time, day shift.
