Join our team: concrete shuttering carpenter (North Carolina)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Davidson County, North Carolina. You will be based at an infrastructure construction site. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules On a typical shift you will seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN). 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
