Pastry baker — Akure South

Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Akure South, Ondo State. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. You will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Full-time with occasional weekends.
