Scullery hand • Sussex County, Delaware

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Sussex County, Delaware. You will be based at a banquet hall. The role involves: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
