Bakery assistant • Cheshire East, England

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Cheshire East, England. You will be based at a cake shop. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Your main tasks: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials 4+ years on the tools preferred.
