Immediate opening: we are hiring a machine assembly operator in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, England. The role involves solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position. You should have: • Careful handling of tools and components • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided.
