Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Adams County, Iowa. The role involves: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Part-time with flexible hours. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
