Urgent requirement: pastry baker (Georgia)

Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Banks County, Georgia. You will be based in a bread factory. Day to day you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; score the top of loaves before baking; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
