We are recruiting: we are hiring a sausage maker in Wells County, Indiana. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. On a typical shift you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts.
