Protective coatings painter — Columbia County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Columbia County, Washington. You will be based at a busy decorating firm. Your main tasks: • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting Requirements: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
