Laundry presser wanted in Breathitt County

Join our team: we are hiring a laundry presser in Breathitt County, Kentucky. Your main tasks: • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Give each garment a final press before packing • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board Ideal candidate: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
