Vacancy available: we are hiring a smash repairer in Reno County, Kansas. You will be based in an insurance-approved repair centre. Day-to-day duties: • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers You should have: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) Rotating shifts.
