Urgent requirement: kitchenhand (North Carolina)

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Granville County, North Carolina. The job is in a hospital canteen. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Day-to-day duties: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
