Join our team: we are hiring a lift technician in Dona Ana County, New Mexico. The job is in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. The role involves test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes. Ideal candidate: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience.
