What we are looking for: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Day-to-day duties: • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching Performance bonus on top of base pay.
