Join our team: we are hiring a lawn care technician in Butte County, California. The job is at a plant nursery. The role involves: • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters What we are looking for: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting 6+ years on the tools preferred.
